"Ms. Walsh graduated from Salve Regina University, New Port, Rhode Island in May, 1996. She began working for the Clerk of the Circuit Court (Cook County) in July, 1996. In the Fall of 1998, Ms. Walsh began taking courses towards her Masters Degree in Education at Dominican University, River Forest , Illinois. In the Spring of 2000, Ms. Walsh received her Masters Degree in Education. Ms. Walsh taught Second Grade at Saint Beatrice School, Schiller Park, Illinois from August, 2000 through June, 2009."
I feel very blessed to be teaching at Saint Mary of the Angels School. Teaching and working with my students make everyday with them, wonderful!
Extra curricular activities are also very enjoyable to me. For athletics: I enjoy running, swimming, biking, kayaking, and snow shoeing.
For quiet time I enjoy playing the piano. Piano is an instrument I played as a child, and a few years ago decided I would like to play again. I also enjoy reading.
Spending time with my family means the world to me. I am one of six and have many nieces and nephews.
This spring I look forward to racing to the finish with our SMA students in Running Club. With the help of some of my colleagues I know this years Running Club will again be a big hit!
